    It’s definitely true that simplicity in design makes logo’s timeless, as it creates room for future growth, changes and new applications. In the years I’ve spent designing corporate identities, I found that when it comes to designing logos and icons its best to stick with vector. The biggest pro of vector is that it can be applied on various platforms, in various colours and in any desired sizes without headaches. Vector also limits the fancy effects that, I think, are the biggest source of brand trends that usually come and go.

    I’m with you on the vectorness. I’m also a fan of monotone logos. If something works in one single colour, it is perfection.
